Spa Policies
Arrival Time
We recommend that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs, and to relax and enjoy a cup of water or tea prior to your treatment.
cancellation policy
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. WE REQUIRE 24 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE IN ORDER TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ANY SERVICE WITH NO CHARGE. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window, WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF SERVICE. No call no shows WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL AND WILL NOT BE BOOKED AGAIN. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card and certificate holders. All appointments will be held with a 50% deposit.
Late arrival
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be guaranteed extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE FULL FEE OF THE SERVICES SCHEDULED. For sessions that are 25-30 minutes long, this policy allows a 10 minute grace period. For sessions that are 15 minutes long, this policy allows a 7 minute grace period. If you communicate with the spa that you are running very late, we can try to render the session for the remaining time, but we are under no obligation to do so. We reserve the right to terminate treatment for guests who consistently exhibit a pattern of arriving excessively late.
Refunds/return policy
We Do Not Offer Refunds on Any of our Services, Packages, Retail, or Gift Cards - If you cancel your appointment prior to 24 hours of appointment set date, your deposit can go towards another service of your choice if booked within 30 days of cancellation. Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
Health conditions
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs which may affect your services.
Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please call in to be guided in selecting the appropriate treatment for you during this special time. Please note that massages will not be performed for expectant mothers in their first trimester of pregnancy. PLEASE MENTION HOW MANY WEEKS YOUR BABY IS UPON BOOKING.
CLEANLINESS
Keeping our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment. Fresh sheets and linens are used for every guest.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted. There is a 3% charge on all credit card transactions. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.
Spa Etiquette
Noise
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume, and take any phone calls outside.
Cell phones
In consideration of our guests, we ask that cell phones and electronic devices are turned off or on silent during your stay at Breathe Peace.
Purchase an instant gift card. You will be able to print a certificate to give to your recipient or send it directly to them via email!

NO ACTION OR PROCEEDING MAY BE BROUGHT AGAINST BREATHE PEACE WELLNESS SPA WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE OR THE PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCTS OR GOODS THROUGH THIS WEBSITE UNLESS SUCH ACTION OR PROCEEDING IS BROUGHT WITHIN ONE YEAR OF SUCH USE OR PURCHASE AND BROUGHT WITHIN THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA.

By use of this website and purchase of BREATHE PEACE WELLNESS SPA products or services you agree to and shall indemnify and hold harmless BREATHE PEACE WELLNESS SPA, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against all claims, debts, liabilities, demands, obligations costs, expenses, actions causes of action and claims for relief including those brought by any third party, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted against or alleged to be caused by your use of this website or any BREATHE PEACE WELLNESS SPA product or service.
CLIENT WAIVER AGREEMENT - SIGNED UPON APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL
Please take a moment to read and initial the following information:
I understand that massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.
If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapist so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the session.
I understand that the services offered today are not a substitute for medical care. I understand that my therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.
I affirm that I have notified my therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries.
I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical condition. I understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should I forget to do so.
I understand that massage is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.
I understand that, because massage therapy work involves maintained touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission.
By signing this release, I hereby waive and release my therapist from any and all liability, past, present, and future relating to massage therapy and bodywork.
